Using Drizle
By using Drizle you agree to use it in good faith. Be honest about what you're offering, respect the people who sign up for your programs, and follow the laws that apply in your area.
Your content
You keep ownership of the programs and content you create. You're responsible for making sure what you post is accurate and doesn't violate anyone else's rights. We may remove content that is misleading, harmful, or violates these terms.
Prohibited use
You may not use Drizle to:
- Post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal programs
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Spam or solicit users outside the platform
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Use the platform for any activity that violates applicable law
Our platform
We keep ownership of the Drizle platform, its design, code, name, and features. You may not copy, scrape, or recreate any part of this site or its content using any tool, including AI.
Accounts
You need to be 16 or older to use Drizle. Younger users should ask a parent or older sibling to run programs with them as a co host on their account. One account per person. You are responsible for the activity on your account.
Communications
By creating an account you agree to receive transactional emails necessary to operate the service, such as magic link sign ins, signup confirmations, and notifications about your programs. Every email except security critical magic links includes a one tap unsubscribe. We don't send marketing emails.
Payments
Drizle does not process payments. Any fees listed on a program are arranged directly between the creator and the people who sign up. Drizle is not a party to those arrangements and is not responsible for disputes over payments.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your profile menu. We can suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
Liability
Drizle is in beta. Things may change or break. We don't guarantee uptime or availability. Drizle is not responsible for disputes between creators and signups, the quality or safety of any program listed, or any loss or damage arising from your use of the service. You agree to hold Drizle harmless for any claims arising from content you post or your use of the platform.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll note the date at the top when anything material changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
