What we collect

Your email (and optional phone) when you sign up for or publish a program. The text, flyers, comments, and reports you submit. Standard server logs (IP, browser) for security and abuse prevention. If you sign in with a social account, we receive your email, name, and account ID from the sign in flow.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share personal information. We don't run ads. We don't track you across other sites. If you tap Use my location, we send the coordinates to a geocoder once to resolve a city name, then discard them.

Services and providers

Your data only flows through providers we need to run the service:

  • Cloud database provider: stores your account, programs, and signups. Encrypted at rest and in transit.
  • Application hosting provider: serves pages and runs our server side code.
  • Email delivery service: sends transactional emails to your address (confirmations, magic links, notifications). We log delivery status but not email body content.
  • AI provider: powers smart fill suggestions when creating programs and handles content moderation. Program text you submit may be processed through their API. They do not train on your data.
  • Authentication provider: if you choose social sign in, we verify your identity through their sign in flow. We receive your email, name, and account ID. We don't store their tokens. We verify your identity, pull out what we need, and discard the token.
  • Geocoding service: resolves your coordinates to a city name when you use the location feature. We don't store the coordinates.
  • Analytics service: tracks pageviews and feature usage to help us improve the product. An internal user ID is set for logged in users but no personal information like your email or name is sent to the analytics provider.

None of these providers use your data independently or for their own purposes.

Cookies and storage

What we store on your device is needed to make the site work: sign in session, the city you picked, anti fraud tokens. Nothing else.

How we protect your data

Your data lives in an encrypted database with TLS in transit. Sessions are secure, HTTP only cookies that can't be read by scripts on the page. We don't store passwords because we don't use passwords. Sign in is through magic link email or social accounts.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from emails: every transactional email has a one tap unsubscribe (except security critical magic links).
  • Cancel a signup: use the link in your confirmation email.
  • Delete your account: sign in and tap Delete profile from the profile menu. This removes all your data, programs, signups, and notifications. No email required.

Retention

We keep your data as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, everything cascades: your programs, signups, comments, and notifications are removed. We're in beta and will revisit these policies as we grow.

California residents

We don't sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

Children

Drizle is for users 16 and older. Younger users should ask a parent or older sibling to run programs with them as a co host on their account.

Changes

We'll update this page when anything material changes and note the date at the top.
